Gospel Matthew 19:13-15 Do not stop the little children coming to me People brought little children to Jesus, for him to lay his hands on them and say a prayer. The disciples turned them away, but Jesus said, ‘Let the little children alone, and do not stop them coming to me; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.’ Then he laid his hands on them and went on his way. Reflection One of the greatest joy is to see the priest giving blessings to little children at the end of the mass. This usually happen in smaller churches . Gospel Matthew 13:47-53 The fishermen collect the good fish and throw away those that are no use Jesus said to the crowds: ‘The kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet cast into the sea that brings in a haul of all kinds. When it is full, the fishermen haul it ashore; then, sitting down, they collect the good ones in a basket and throw away those that are no use.
