Christ said become like little children

Gospel
Matthew 18:1-5, 10
Their angels in heaven always look upon the face of my heavenly Father.

The disciples approached Jesus and said, “Who is the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven?” He called a child over, placed it in their midst, and said, “Amen, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will not enter the Kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven. And whoever receives one child such as this in my name receives me.
“See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven always look upon the face of my heavenly Father.”

Reflection
Jesus said unless you become like little children you will never enter the kingdom of God. What are the qualities of a children ? 1. Innocence like a piece of white cloth not tainted. 2. Frank in their opinion. They speak their mind. 3. They are very much loved . 4. They are hungry for knowledge. Do we have these qualities as witness of Christ?

Let us pray.
Lord Jesus you said to enter your kingdom we must have qualities like little children. Please send forth the power of the holy spirit to help us to develop this qualities.
