Keep the word of God

Luke 11:27-28
'Happy the womb that bore you and the breasts you sucked!'

As Jesus was speaking, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said, ‘Happy the womb that bore you and the breasts you sucked!’ But he replied, ‘Still happier those who hear the word of God and keep it!’

Reflection
Happier the people who hear the word of God and keep it. Where is the word of God? The word of God is only in the Bible but also the sharing by the priest and lay people. How do we keep the word of God? Through reflection , praying over it and put into practice. E.g Showing love and mercy to your neighbours. Is your heart open to the word of God?

Lord Jesus your word is life. May your word dwells in our heart so that we will always do what is good.
